I’m an NSCA-CPT, CSCS, Z-Health, SFB, and CFB, but my certifications are just the start. I’ve been a strength coach for more than twenty years, currently at my own gym in Boston, Amplify Fitness. I’m a published author, American Ninja Warrior, competitive adult gymnast, Francophone, and serious mac & cheese lover. I’ve trained every age and will always see you as a whole person, not just a body.

  • Injury recovery — old nagging problems, poor range of motion, poor movement patterns, compensations

  • Handstanding, swinging, climbing, crawling, and all the other fun “ings”

  • Lower back stiffness, soreness, and general grumpiness

  • Sprints and stair climbs (I don’t run further than 400m but I’ll help you do it if you insist on going that far)
